Job description

• Manage and support execution of M&A projects - lead evaluation of acquisition targets with the business teams and advisors, coordinate with the counter party, valuation and other related activities through closing of a transaction
• Support sourcing activity - Industry evaluation, target sourcing, track potential M&A targets in line with company / business investment strategy

QUALIFICATION:

CA or MBA in Finance

EXPERIENCE:

10 - 15 years with Corporate M&A or in an investment bank

Must Have:

• Should have built financial models , understands valuation
• Business understanding (Pharma preferred)

Key Roles/Responsibilities

• Manage the transaction process and execution of the project
