Job summary

Grant Thornton Bharat Llp seeks an experienced Learning & Development professional to design and implement strategic learning programs for the banking sector, aligning training with business outcomes and stakeholder needs.

You will deliver diverse learning interventions, assess impact with metrics, and partner with cross-functional teams to build workforce capabilities across the organization.

Qualifications

• 10-19 years of experience in Learning & Development or a related field.
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE), and stakeholder engagement techniques.
• Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams as a business partner rather than just an L&D specialist.
