Job summary

Varindera Constructions is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead highrise building construction projects. You will develop execution plans with planning and engineering teams, allocate resources, and manage budgets to ensure timely, cost-effective delivery.

The role requires 15+ years in highrise construction, a B.Tech in Civil, and strong leadership to oversee multidisciplinary teams, ensure regulatory approvals, and maintain rigorous QA and safety standards onsite.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in highrise building construction.
• B.Tech (Civil) degree required.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage comprehensive project execution plans with planning and engineering teams.
• Allocate resources (manpower, materials, machinery) to optimize productivity and cost-effectiveness.
• Control budgets and monitor financial performance; identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Oversee billing, collections, and project revenue management.
• Engage with clients, consultants, vendors, and authorities for approvals and alignment.
• Develop and implement risk mitigation plans and address delays and compliance issues.
• Conduct site inspections and audits to enforce QA, safety, and environmental standards.
• Maintain project documentation and prepare weekly/monthly reports for stakeholders.
• Lead engineers, contractors, and site supervisors to build high-performance teams.

Allocate resources efficiently, managing manpower, materials, and machinery to optimize productivity and cost-effectiveness

Control project budgets, monitor financial performance, and identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.

Oversee billing, collections, and project revenue management to ensure financial targets are achieved and maintained.

Engage with clients, consultants, vendors, and regulatory authorities to secure approvals and ensure stakeholder alignment throughout the project.

Develop and implement risk mitigation plans, proactively addressing project challenges, delays, and compliance issues.

Conduct regular site inspections and audits, enforcing adherence to quality assurance protocols, environmental guidelines, and safety standards.

Maintain accurate project documentation and prepare comprehensive weekly/monthly reports using project management tools and electronic document control systems for internal leadership and external stakeholders.

Lead and mentor project teams, including engineers, contractors, and site supervisors, to build a high-performance work culture.
