Job summary

Le Human Resources Solutions in Jamnagar is seeking a Senior Engineer Site Design Coordination (Civil) with 7+ years of industrial-project experience to drive site design coordination, GFC drawing checking, and on-site supervision.

You will review drawings with design teams, ensure construction follows approved specs, coordinate with clients and contractors, and help resolve field discrepancies while monitoring quality and progress.

Qualifications

• BE/B.Tech in Civil Engineering is preferred.
• Experience in industrial construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of GFC drawings and site coordination.

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Civil Engineer with strong industrial-project exposure in site design coordination, GFC drawing checking, site supervision and construction coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and coordinate GFC drawings with the architectural/design team.
• Ensure site execution follows approved drawings and specifications.
• Coordinate with clients, PMC, consultants and contractors.
• Identify site discrepancies and communicate design changes.
• Monitor construction quality, progress and site issues.
• Attend site meetings, prepare progress reports and support team management.

Required Skills:

• B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering preferred.
• Relevant experience in industrial construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of GFC drawings, drawing interpretation and site coordination.
• Good communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Experiences in steel structure and pre engineering building (PEB)

Preference:

Candidates with hands-on industrial-project experience and architectural drawing coordination exposure.
