Job summary

Bharat Rasayan is seeking an experienced HR leader to develop and drive the annual operating plan, manpower planning, and key HR initiatives. The role requires deep expertise in workforce design, talent management, and labour law compliance.

The candidate will oversee talent acquisition, learning programs, and compensation planning, while strengthening engagement and change management across the organization.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in HR strategy and workforce planning.
• Strong knowledge of labour laws and labour codes.
• Ability to partner with senior leaders in a multi-function business.

Responsibilities

• Develop the HR annual operating plan, manpower plan, budget, and key initiatives.
• Lead workforce planning, org design, succession planning, and productivity improvements.
• Manage talent acquisition, leadership hiring, internal mobility, and employer branding.
• Drive learning, leadership development, and capability-building programs.
• Ensure compliance with labour laws and new labour codes.
• Oversee compensation planning, benefits, rewards, and performance-linked pay.
• Strengthen employee engagement, culture, communication, and change adoption.
• Build competency frameworks across recruitment, performance, learning, and career development.
• Ensure efficient HR operations, policy compliance, employee relations, and data reporting.
• Handle labour cases and matters related to Factory, Pollution, NGT, Safety, EC.

• Hand on experience of PMS system with alignment of KRA & KPI
• Sound knowledge and experience of labour laws, and New labour codes.
• Oversee compensation planning, benefits, rewards, and performance-linked pay.
• Strengthen employee engagement, culture, communication, and change adoption.
• Build and integrate competency frameworks across recruitment, performance, learning, and career development.
• Ensure efficient HR operations, policy compliance, employee relations, and data-driven reporting.
• Must have hand on experience of handling labour cases and matters related to Factory, Pollution, NGT, Safety, EC,

Preferred candidate profile

• Strong experience in HR strategy, workforce planning, talent management, learning, compensation, engagement, policies, organization design, HR analytics and Labour Laws.
