Job summary

Snowman Logistics in Delhi is seeking an Assistant General Manager / Deputy General Manager, HR, to lead the HR function and drive recruitment, talent management, operations and employee engagement.

The role requires 15–20 years of progressive HR experience and an MBA/PGDM in HR. You will partner with senior management to align HR strategies with business objectives, ensure compliance, and develop a high-performance culture.

Qualifications

• MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent qualification.
• 15–20 years of progressive HR experience, preferably leading the HR function in a mid-to-large organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead the HR function, including recruitment, talent management, HR operations, and employee engagement.
• Oversee manpower planning, vendor management, outsourced manpower, and succession planning.
• Ensure statutory compliance, compensation and benefits, and PMS implementation.
• Drive training, employee development, organizational culture, and engagement initiatives.
• Develop and implement HR policies, processes, and best practices.
• Partner with senior management to align HR strategies with business objectives.
• Manage employee relations, grievances, HR analytics, and reporting.
• Lead and mentor the HR team to ensure effective HR service delivery.
