Job summary

Innova Captab, based in Panchkula, Haryana, invites a senior HR leader to drive strategic HR initiatives across the corporate group. You will shape policies, oversee talent acquisition, design PMS and T&D, manage employee relations, and ensure compliance across locations.

The role demands a minimum of five years in senior HR leadership, deep knowledge of labour laws, and a track record of implementing scalable HR programs in a corporate setting.

Qualifications

• Min. 5 yrs of HR experience in a senior leadership role at corporate level.
• In-depth knowledge of HR functions & labour laws.
