Job summary

Bren Corporation in Bengaluru, India, seeks an experienced Architect for leadership of residential design. You will drive concept and schematic design, review and refine drawings, ensure compliance with local byelaws and DCR norms, and coordinate with internal teams and external consultants to align design intent with project goals.

This role requires a Bachelor of Architecture and 12+ years in residential projects with a developer, strong design sense, and proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and MS

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture (B.Arch) from a recognized institution.
• 12+ years of experience in residential projects with a developer firm.
• Strong exposure to both design and project coordination.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and MS Office; exposure to SketchUp or similar tools is an advantage.
• Good understanding of local byelaws, building codes, and approval processes.
• Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
