The Architect – Residential is responsible for supporting architectural design and execution of residential projects. The role ensures customer-centric layouts, statutory compliance, coordination with consultants, and timely delivery of drawings and design solutions aligned with project objectives.

Ensures timely preparation of drawings, feasibility checks, and project information needed for BD, Marketing, and Commercial functions.
