Job summary

Godrej Properties seeks a Costing & Budgeting professional to lead project cost estimation, budgeting and ongoing cost control across developments in Pune. The role requires rigorous analysis of drawings, vendor pricing and market benchmarks, with a focus on reducing contingencies and optimizing costs.

You will collaborate with Operations, Design, Strategy and finance teams to ensure timely, accurate cost reporting and successful project execution.

Qualifications

• Experience in cost estimation and budgeting for construction projects.
• Ability to benchmark costs against market rates and identify value engineering opportunities.
• Strong coordination with multiple internal and external stakeholders.

• Preparation of quantity take-offs based on drawings received.
• Detailed analysis of drawings from Structural, Architectural and MEP consultants.
• Benchmarking designs against engineering efficiency ratios and cost benchmarks.
• Identification of value engineering opportunities to optimize project costs.

• Preparation of project budgets for various developments.
