Job summary

Infosys is seeking a seasoned engineer to drive DFT integration for complex SoCs. You will implement and validate DFT features, insert scan chains, and collaborate with RTL, Physical Design, and Verification teams to ensure high-quality deliverables.

Key responsibilities include ATPG pattern generation, fault simulation, and debugging DFT issues in both simulation and silicon, while supporting estimation and delivery across projects.

Qualifications

• Implement and validate Design for Test (DFT) features in complex SoCs.
• Verify and insert oScan chains, MBIST, LBIST, and JTAG/Boundary Scan.
• Perform ATPG pattern generation & fault simulation.

Responsibilities

• Interface with client for quality assurance and issue resolution.
• Understand requirements, review designs, validate architecture, and ensure high service levels.
• Lead teams to develop optimized code deliverables and support knowledge transfer.
