Job summary

Infosys is seeking a DFT Engineer to design, implement and validate DFT features for complex SoCs. You will insert and verify scan chains, MBIST, LBIST and JTAG boundary scan, and perform ATPG pattern generation with fault simulation.

You will debug DFT-related issues across simulation and silicon, and collaborate closely with RTL, Physical Design and Verification teams to ensure robust manufacturing test strategies and successful product bring-up.

Qualifications

• Experience implementing and validating Design for Test features in complex SoCs.
• Proficient in scan chains (Full Scan / Compression), MBIST and LBIST.
• Experience with ATPG pattern generation and fault simulation.
• Ability to debug DFT issues in simulation and silicon.

Responsibilities

• Interface with RTL, Physical Design and Verification teams to integrate DFT.
• Support bring-up and production testing of devices.
• Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure quality and timely delivery of DFT solutions.
