HashedIn by Deloitte is a cloud-first software engineering and product development partner. We seek an experienced architect to lead DevOps across AWS/Azure/GCP, drive migrations, and build AI-native tooling while ensuring security and platform scale.

The role requires strong leadership, exceptional communication, and a partnership mindset to align pods, product, and security teams in a fast-moving environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years architecting, re-engineering, and operating complex, scalable, secure, fault-tolerant systems on cloud platforms.
• Deep hands-on DevOps engineering - build and run the toolchain yourself: CI/CD, IaC, Kubernetes, cloud automation and platform tooling.
• Proven migration experience - planned and automated real cloud workload migrations at scale.
• AI-native DevOps mindset - AI in DevOps, MLOps in production.
• DevSecOps fluency - threat modeling, scanning, vulnerability management, SOC 2/HIPAA experience.
• Platform mindset - reusable patterns, paved roads, self-serve guardrails.
• Technical leadership - led, hired, and mentored small teams and set direction.
• Strong communication - clear written and verbal communication across audiences.
• Partnership mindset - collaborate across pods, product, security, and data/AI teams.
• Education - BE/B.Tech, MCA, or ME/M.Tech

What were looking for

• 7+ years - architecting, re-engineering, and operating complex, scalable, secure, faulttolerant systems on AWS / Azure / GCP.
• Deep hands-on DevOps engineering - you build and run the toolchain yourself: CI/CD, infrastructure-as-code, Kubernetes, cloud automation and the platform tooling and agents on top. Strong in Python (preferred), plus Go and/or Bash.
• Proven migration experience - you've planned and automated real cloud workload migrations (landing zones, wave planning, automated cutover) and/or large-scale data migrations, not just greenfield builds.
• AI-native DevOps mindset - AI is part of how you do DevOps: you build agentic DevOps tooling (MCP, agents that operate infra and pipelines), use AI to accelerate engineering, and run MLOps in production. AI-first thinking is the baseline, not a differentiator.
• DevSecOps fluency - you've run threat models, stood up scanning and vulnerability management, and taken at least one organization through SOC 2 / HIPAA.
• A platform mindset - a track record of building reusable patterns (paved roads, golden paths, self-serve guardrails), not one-off work that doesn’t scale.
• Technical leadership - you've led, hired, and mentored small technical teams and set direction.
• Strong communication - clear written and verbal communication, able to explain complex technical topics to any audience and align stakeholders across teams.
• Partnership mindset - you partner across delivery pods, product, security, and data/AI teams, and you're the engineering voice in product and architecture conversations without becoming the blocker.
• Education - B.E / B.Tech, MCA, or M.E / M.Tech
