DevOps Lead Experience : 8 12+ Years Role Summary We are looking for a highly motivated DevOps Lead to drive DevOps strategy, platform engineering, CI/CD architecture, cloud infrastructure, and deployment automation for enterprise-scale cloud-native applications. The role involves defining engineering standards, mentoring teams, and enabling secure, scalable, and automated software delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the DevOps practice by defining engineering standards, deployment strategies, and CI/CD best practices.
• Design, implement, and manage enterprise CI/CD platforms and YAML-based CI/CD pipelines.
• Design cloud-native deployment platforms for Kubernetes-based applications.
• Implement Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible).
• Develop reusable Helm charts, deployment frameworks, and automation libraries.
• Manage Kubernetes clusters, containers, and cloud-native infrastructure.
• Drive GitOps, release automation, and zero-downtime deployment strategies.
• Integrate third-party platform components and deployment tooling.
