Job Description

We are seeking a Lead DevOps Engineer with expertise in DevSecOps to drive automation, security, and scalability across our cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP ) and CI/CD pipelines.

You will be leading and contributing to the define the industry standard best practices of Cloud & DevOps to the team to follow. What will you do:

• Own the quality of Cloud and DevOps architecture, design, and delivery of the client engagement
• You would be designing the automation of the Cloud & DevOps operations/process with proper tools.
• Advise on implementing Cloud & DevOps best practices and provide architectural and design support to the team.
• Functionally split the complex issues or problems into much simpler and straightforward solutions for the engineers in the team to execute.
• To assist in the technical and design meetings with clients to help them in adoption of Cloud & DevOps tools and technologies practices.
• Implement DevSecOps best practices, including automated security testing, compliance enforcement, and vulnerability scanning.
• Take ownership of the end-to-end development & implementation quality of the team by managing dependencies and focusing on technology best practices.

Requirements

What we are looking for:

• 7+ years of hands-on experience as a DevOps & Cloud Engineer.
• A person who has experience in assisting/helping to design and develop Cloud & DevOps practices on one or more cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)
• Must be an expert in implementing CI/CD pipelines using various DevOps toolsets. Should be able to evaluate, implement, and streamline DevOps practices for clients, accelerating the software development and deployment process.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, SonarQube, and Artifactory/Nexus.
• Strong expertise in CI/CD pipeline development with integrated security tools ( SAST, DAST, SCA )
• Proficiency in source control systems like Git ( Bitbucket, GitHub, GitLab, SVN , etc.).
• Experience in creating continuous delivery pipelines using Terraform, ARM Templates, or CloudFormation.
• Strong knowledge of infrastructure configuration and automation tools like Ansible, applicable in both development and production environments.
• Experience in designing and building applications using container and serverless technologies.
• Expertise in Kubernetes is a must, with additional knowledge of Service Mesh, Tracing, and Helm Chart s being an advantage.
• Strong expertise in operating Linux environments and scripting languages like Shell.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
