Job summary

Ericsson in India (Bangalore) seeks a senior program manager to lead organizational development, talent management and Agile/DevOps capability growth. You will drive cross-functional transformation with MA, PDU and BA, develop strategic presentations for senior stakeholders and monitor progress with dashboards.

The role requires 8–10 years of experience including 3–4 years in project management and people leadership, plus strong communication and collaboration skills in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of experience with 3–4 years in project management and people management.
• Experience in cross-functional global teams and senior stakeholder management.
• People management including motivation and aligning resources by strengths and aspirations.
• Understanding of Agile deliveries, SAFe, Scrum, Lean, Kanban methodologies.
• Understanding of 5G and awareness of 5G products.
• Understanding of DevOps processes and tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, GitLab, Ansible).
• Solid knowledge of Ericsson Business Process and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee organizational development, competence and talent management as a core priority.
• Develop capacity, capability and competence in Agile/DevOps skills.
• Drive transformation towards Agile and DevOps in SDU with stakeholders across MA, PDU and BA.
• Create business presentations and proposals for stakeholders (MA/CU/BA).
• Coordinate with MA, PDU and service delivery for dependencies, risks and issues.
• Develop progress reports and dashboards to monitor trends and actions for improvements.
• Build program management discipline: simplify processes, methods and tools with innovative ideas.
• Lead, supervise, and support change in a fast-paced environment.

What you will do

• Organizational development, competence and talent management are integral priorities of this role.
• Capacity, Capability and Competence Development of Agile/DevOps skills.
• Drive the organization transformation towards Agile and DevOps in SDU by working closely with MA, PDU, BA and Domain stakeholders.
• Develop business presentations and proposals and deliver them to various stakeholders including MA/CU/BA etc.
• Drive and work with stakeholders in MA, PDU and service delivery for dependencies, risk, issues etc
• Development of progress reports/Dashboards to monitor activities and trends, measure results and implement identified actions for improvement needs
• Develop the program management discipline: simplify processes, methods and tools with creative ideas
• Leading, supervising, supporting, driving change in a high pace environment

The skills you bring

• Minimum 8-10 years of experience including 3-4 years of experience across project management and people management.
• Prior experience of working in a cross functional global team and senior stakeholder management
• People management skills, including motivating & aligning resource based on technical strengths & aspirations
• Understanding of Agile deliveries, SAFe, Scrum, Lean, Kanban methodologies/frameworks.
• Understanding of 5G and awareness on 5G Products.
• Understanding of DevOps processes/CI/CD and tools (like JIRA, Confluence, Gitlab, Dockets, Ansible etc)
