Job summary

Ericsson AB in Bengaluru is seeking an experienced Senior Program Manager to lead organizational development and transformation initiatives. You will drive competence development for Agile/DevOps, collaborate with multiple global stakeholders, and present strategic proposals to MA/CU/BA teams.

The role requires strong program management, stakeholder management, and a deep understanding of Agile/DevOps, 5G knowledge, and enterprise platform automation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8-10 years of experience including 3-4 years of experience across project management and people management.
• Prior experience of working in a cross functional global team and senior stakeholder management.
• People management skills, including motivating & aligning resource based on technical strengths & aspirations.
• Understanding of Agile deliveries, SAFe, Scrum, Lean, Kanban methodologies/frameworks.
• Understanding of 5G and awareness on 5G Products.
• Understanding of DevOps processes/CI/CD and tools (like JIRA, Confluence, Gitlab, Dockets, Ansible etc)
• Fair understanding of Ericsson Business Process
• Strong Communication and Problem Solving Skills
• Team player & high track record of collaboration
• Strong record for Development and LCM of Enterprise platforms & Automation tools
• All academic credentials must be from recognized and accredited institutions and are further subject to verification.

Responsibilities

• Drive organizational development, competence and talent management as priorities of this role.
• Develop capacity, capability and competence for Agile/DevOps skills.
• Lead transformation towards Agile and DevOps in SDU with stakeholders (MA, PDU, BA, Domain).
• Develop business presentations and proposals for MA/CU/BA and others.
• Coordinate with MA, PDU and service delivery for dependencies, risk and issues.
• Develop progress reports and dashboards to monitor activities and trends and drive improvements.
• Simplify processes, methods and tools; foster program management discipline.
• Lead, supervise and drive change in a high-pace environment.
