Job summary

Intelizign Lifecycle Services in Chennai seeks a Development Lead for Interior Door Trim to lead product design and development of cockpit components. The role requires 8–10 years of experience and a strong background in mechanical engineering.You will work on local development programs, lead component and system level design, and ensure manufacturing feasibility. Proficiency in NX 3D modeling, Teamcenter/PLM, and DFMEA/DVP&R is essential.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of work experience in automotive interior design.
• Experience with cockpit components such as door trim and console.
• Strong NX 3D modeling within product development.
• Knowledge of DVP&R and DFMEA processes.

Responsibilities

• Product design and development experience in automotive cockpit components (Door Trim, Console, Instrument Panel).
• Must have worked on local development programs.
• Working experience in component and system level designing.
• Proficiency in NX 3D modeling within a product development environment.
• Good knowledge in manufacturing and assembly feasibility study.
• Experience in constructing component and full vehicle DVP&R and DFMEA.
• Knowledge on plastic molding/welding and sheet metal processes.
• Working knowledge on interior regulatory and certification requirements.

Software skill requirement: Expertise in UG (NX), PLM and Team center

Work Location - Chennai
