Job summary

G Square Techsystems in India (Pune) is seeking a Design Engineer Automotive Interior with 0–6 years of experience to design and develop Instrument Panel and Door Trim components for automotive interiors. Proficiency in CATIA is mandatory, and you will create 3D models and 2D drawings while applying GD&T and manufacturing feasibility principles.

You will coordinate with CAE, Manufacturing and Tooling teams, support prototype builds and production issue resolution, and ensure designs comply

Position 1: Design Engineer Automotive Interior (0–6 Years Experience)

Experience Required:

0–6 years of relevant experience in Automotive Interior Design

Software Requirement:

• CATIA (Mandatory)

Key Skills & Expertise:

• Strong experience in Instrument Panel (IP) and Door Trim design
• Hands-on experience in automotive interior components development
• 3D modeling and detailing using CATIA (Part Design, Assembly, Drafting)
• Knowledge of plastic part design, manufacturing feasibility, and GD&T
• Exposure to OEM/Tier-1 development processes
• Understanding of tooling feasibility, DFMEA, and DFM guidelines
• Experience in design validation and release process
