Job summary

Oasis Technology And Consulting Services is seeking enthusiastic Desktop Support Engineers (Freshers) to join our IT support team. The ideal candidate should have a passion for technology and basic knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking.

Responsibilities include providing first-level support to end-users, installing and maintaining desktops/printers, troubleshooting Windows OS and software, assisting with network connectivity, logging issues in the ticketing system, and
