Job summary

Object Technology Solutions is seeking a technically skilled professional to support Windows and Linux environments, maintain equipment, and ensure reliability across desktop and server hardware. The role emphasizes strong troubleshooting, asset lifecycle knowledge, and adherence to ESD and safety standards.

Familiarity with Jira, ServiceNow, and Confluence is preferred. The ideal candidate will demonstrate analytical thinking, clear communication, and experience with automation scripts

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience supporting Windows and Linux operating systems.
• Strong understanding of desktop, server, hardware, and networking fundamentals.
• Hands-on experience in equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair.
• Knowledge of preventive maintenance, calibration practices, and asset lifecycle management.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Familiarity with Jira, ServiceNow, Confluence, or other ITSM/documentation platforms.
• Knowledge of ESD controls, laboratory safety standards, and audit requirements.
• Experience with RCA, CAPA, TPM, Lean Manufacturing, or Continuous Improvement methodologies.
• Basic scripting knowledge using PowerShell, Python, Bash, or Shell scripting.
• Experience supporting engineering applications, automation systems, and test platforms.
