Job summary

Dream Home Store UK is seeking a Furniture/Industrial Designer to craft original concepts for the UK market, ensuring production viability and striking visuals for online presentation.

You will research trends, develop ideas with strong proportion and materials knowledge, and collaborate on international trips for QA and product development.

Qualifications

• 2 years of furniture/product design experience
• Production experience, not just concept work
• Strong understanding of proportion, materials, finishes and detail
• Ability to develop ideas without a reference image
• Background in Furniture, Product or Industrial Design
• Excellent creativity and visualization skills
• Strong analytical, observation and problem solving abilities
• NID, NIFT or comparable design institute preferred (not mandatory)

At Dream Home Store UK, we design furniture for the United Kingdom market products that need to work in the real world and look exceptional on a screen.

We're looking for a designer with strong visual judgement, curiosity and a genuine obsession with furniture.
