Job summary

ICICI Lombard Group is hiring a Design Studio Manager to oversee end-to-end studio operations, scheduling, and cross-functional workflow. You will coordinate preproduction planning, on-day logistics, and postproduction follow-ups, ensuring high production standards and timely delivery.

Bringing strong leadership and collaboration skills, you will liaise with leadership, influencers, and production crews, while maintaining meticulous shoot documentation and trackers for multiple concurrent

Qualifications

• 36 years of experience in studio management, production coordination, or content operations.
• Strong skills in shoot scheduling, calendar management, and multistakeholder coordination.
• Proven ability to manage preproduction, onday logistics, and postproduction processes.
• Excellent communication skills for collaborating with leadership, internal teams, and external talent.
• Familiar with project management tools such as Asana, Monday.com, Notion, Google Workspace, or MS 365.
• Proactive, organised, detailoriented, and comfortable working in fastpaced creative environments.
