Job summary

Spacewood Modern Living in Pune and Ahmedabad is seeking an experienced Design Manager to lead a team of interior designers and drive design excellence and business performance.

You will mentor 08+ designers, oversee modular interiors, manage client escalations, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver creative, timely solutions that meet revenue targets.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of team management experience.
• Mandatory experience in modular interiors.
• Experience managing a monthly revenue portfolio of ₹1.5 Crore+.
• Lead and develop a team of 08+ Interior Designers.
• Drive creativity, design quality, and innovation.
• Review and improve design concepts, layouts, and presentations.
• Remove project bottlenecks and ensure timely design delivery.
• Manage critical client escalations and turn challenges into opportunities.
