Job summary

Design Cafe is hiring a Design Manager for our Bangalore – Hebbal store to lead a team of designers and drive design excellence. This role focuses on achieving revenue goals, delivering high-quality interior design projects, and maintaining strong client relationships.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years of total experience with at least 3 years in a managerial role, and 3 years handling clients for interior design projects.

Qualifications

• B.Arch/M.Arch/Bachelor/Master in interior designing or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of 10+ designers and drive revenue targets.
• Monitor daily metrics like revenue, turnaround time, and sign-ups to ensure targets are met.
• Handle client escalations and report directly to City Head on key metrics.
• Debottleneck projects by addressing core issues faced by repartee's and improve team performance and morale.

• Team Management: Experience in handling a team of 10+ in-house designers.
• Look at whether revenue numbers, TAT, Sign-ups are on track daily.
• Handle client escalations - red level
• Report Directly into City Head on key metrics
• De-bottleneck projects by addressing core issues faced by repartee's
• Manage team performance and morale. Hire, Develop, Let go

Requirement

• Require Minimum 7 + yrs of experience
• Should Have a Strong Team Management experience
• 3 years experience handling clients for interior design projects
• B.Arch/M.Arch/Bachelor/Master in interior Designing and equivalent
