Job summary

TUD Spaces Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced Interior Designer to lead concept-to-completion design execution across luxury residential, commercial, and boutique hospitality projects in India. You will translate briefs into space plans, mood boards, and technical drawings, coordinating with vendors and site teams.

You will craft 3D visualizations, select materials, finishes, lighting, and furniture, while maintaining sustainability benchmarks and brand identity.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp and Enscape for design development.
• Strong ability to create space plans, materials and finishes specifications.
• Experience presenting concepts to clients and coordinating with vendors.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end interior design projects from concept to handover.
• Develop detailed drawings, renderings and construction documentation.
• Collaborate with vendors, contractors and project managers to ensure timelines and budgets.
• Curate furniture, lighting, finishes and sustainability-aligned palettes.
• Present design concepts to clients and manage feedback cycles.
• Stay updated on trends and smart-home integrations to future-proof deliverables.

About The Opportunity

TUD Spaces Pvt. We craft immersive environments that reflect brand identity, enhance user experience, and elevate everyday spaces through precision-driven creativity and smart material storytelling. As we scale our flagship projects pan-India, we’re seeking a skilled Interior Designer to lead concept-to-completion design execution with autonomy and aesthetic rigor.

Role & Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end interior design projects—from space planning and mood boarding to material selection, 3D visualization, and site supervision—delivering cohesive, client-aligned outcomes.
• Develop detailed technical drawings (AutoCAD, SketchUp), renderings (V-Ray/Enscape), and construction documentation aligned with architectural and structural constraints.
• Collaborate with vendors, contractors, and project managers to ensure design integrity, timeline adherence, and budget compliance during execution.
• Curate furniture, lighting, and material palettes that align with project briefs, brand ethos, and sustainability benchmarks (e.g., FSC-certified wood, low-VOC finishes).
• Present design concepts to clients with clear visual storytelling, manage feedback cycles, and refine outcomes without compromising creative intent.
• Stay ahead of design trends, emerging materials, and smart home integrations (IoT lighting, automated blinds, acoustic panels) to future-proof deliverables.
