Job summary

Aarvi Encon is seeking a design engineer to work on static equipment like pressure vessels and heat exchangers. The role requires hands-on use of PV Elite, NozzlePro, and Excel for design calculations in compliance with ASME, TEMA, API 660, and PED.

You will evaluate PWHT, PFHT, impact tests, and NDE requirements per project specifications while reading fabrication drawings and performing technical reviews.

Qualifications

• Experience in design of static equipment like pressure vessels, shell and tube heat exchangers, reactors, columns.
• Sound knowledge of construction codes including ASME, TEMA, API 660, PED.
• Capable of design engineering of static equipments using PV Elite, NozzlePro, excel tools independently.
• Experience generating excel tools for design calculations based on Code and applied physics.
• Capable of evaluating PWHT, PFHT, impact test, NDE requirements as per Code and Project specifications.
• Proficiency in reading fabrication drawings and detailing.
• Technical review of engineering drawings.

Responsibilities
