Job summary

Peoplefy Infosolutions in Mumbai (Powai) is seeking a senior architect with 10+ years of experience and a B.Arch. The role focuses on leading design efforts, coordinating with internal teams and stakeholders, and ensuring QA/QC across the project lifecycle.

You will prepare studies, cost estimates, coordinate with consultants from concept to GFC, manage pre-construction design submissions, and drive monthly MIS reports while supporting the management with timely decisions.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in architecture/design management.
• Degree: B.Arch. within relevant construction sector.
• Ability to lead mock-ups and approvals.
• Experience coordinating with internal teams and external consultants.
• Strong QA/QC processes implementation.
• Experience preparing monthly design process MIS reports.
• Experience managing pre-construction design and submittals.
• Ability to review GFC drawings and coordinate drawings reviews with consultants.

Responsibilities

Job Description:

• 1. To Collaborating with our own team and with other departments and stakeholders to achieve design goals.
• 2. To Participate in preparation of various studies, recommendations for materials and methods, and cost estimates.
• 3. To Take lead in Mock up, look and feel approvals.
• 4. To Schedule, conduct, and document all job, owner-architect, and coordination meetings.
• 5. To Ensure appropriate Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) processes are established and maintained for project.
• 6. To Prepare relevant portions of monthly report related to all design processes.
• 7. To Manage design and submittal processes during pre- construction stages.
• 8. To Review and comment on submitted GFC Drawings
• 9. To Coordinate with consultants for drawings Review i.e. concept, schematic and GFC
• 10. To coordinate on Daily basis with Internal stake holders.
• 11. To prepare matrix for conducting meetings.
