Job summary

Peoplefy Infosolutions in Mumbai invites applications for a design coordination role focused on pre-construction activities and cross‑functional collaboration to achieve design goals. The successful candidate will lead meetings, ensure QA/QC processes, coordinate with consultants on GFC, prepare cost estimates, studies, and MIS reports, and manage design/submittal workflows end‑to‑end.

• Experience of Preconstruction in Commercial/ Mix used projects.
• Ability to manage large scale of project.
• Conversant with GFC and Concept Development.
• Management skills in a team environment and good leadership qualities.
• Ability to Recommend Massive Changes
• Excellent written & verbal coordination and networking skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborating with our own team and with other departments and stakeholders to achieve design goals.
• Participate in preparation of various studies, recommendations for materials and methods, and cost estimates.
• Take lead in Mock up, look and feel approvals.
• Schedule, conduct, and document all job, owner-architect, and coordination meetings.
• Ensure appropriate Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) processes are established and maintained for project.
• Prepare relevant portions of monthly report related to all design processes.
• Manage design and submittal processes during pre- construction stages.
• Review and comment on submitted GFC Drawings
• Coordinate with consultants for drawings Review i.e. concept, schematic and GFC
• Coordinate on Daily basis with Internal stake holders.
• Prepare matrix for conducting meetings.
• Carry out other tasks as assigned by the Management from time to time.
• Ensure preparation of MIS Report on monthly basis for all construction activities.
