Role Description

The Design Head – Interior Design will lead the overall design vision, manage multiple projects, and guide the design team from concept through completion in an on-site role based in Bengaluru. Responsibilities include overseeing space planning, interior layouts, and furniture selections, as well as directing FF&E specifications to ensure design consistency and quality. The role involves collaborating with clients, consultants, and contractors, presenting design concepts, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget. The Design Head will also mentor designers, establish design standards, review drawings and documentation, and support business development through design proposals and presentations. This is a full-time position.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong skills in Interior Design and Space Planning, with experience in residential and commercial projects.
• Candidates should possess expertise in Furniture selection and FF&E (fixtures, furniture, and equipment) coordination to create cohesive, well-detailed interiors.
• Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills for client interaction, team leadership, presentations, and coordination with vendors and contractors.
• Qualifications as a degree of Bachelors in Architecture.
• Experience in leading design teams, managing end-to-end project delivery, and working with design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar) is beneficial.
• A strong design portfolio, understanding of materials and finishes, and familiarity with local codes and best practices in Bengaluru only.
