Job summary

Asian Paints is seeking a store design and business development professional to drive retail growth across multiple locations. You will engage architects, interior designers, builders, and store teams to translate client briefs into space plans and compelling visual presentations.

Responsibilities include coordinating with pricing, IT, and brand teams; overseeing new store launches; maintaining quality standards in mood boards and 3D renders; and pursuing upsell opportunities to boost store

Qualifications

• Assess customer requirements and translate into design solutions.
• Translate briefs into designs aligned to budget, lifestyle, and functional needs.
• Strong space planning and aesthetic design principles.
• Improve systems and processes based on business requirements.
• Develop and execute upsell and cross-sell strategies.
• Strong visualization and presentation skills through sketches, mood boards, storyboards, and 3D renders.
• Good knowledge of Asian Paints products and design-led selling practices.

• Drive implementation of centrally launched business initiatives across stores.
