Responsibilities

• Drive business development with architects, interior designers, builders, and store teams.

• Coordinate with Pricing, Order Processing, IT, Brand Team to ensure store operations.
• Handle escalations and coordinate high-value projects.
• Ensure adherence to consultation processes, reporting and follow-ups.
• Establish quality standards for space planning and design presentations.
• Support store profitability through training and sales enablement.
• Drive implementation of centrally launched initiatives across stores.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive business development initiatives by engaging with Architects, Interior Designers, Builders, Store Teams, and Associates
• Manage multiple stores within the assigned geography, including maintenance, dealer coordination, and new store launches
• Coordinate with Pricing, Order Processing, IT, Brand Team, and Design Cell to ensure seamless store operations
• Manage escalations and coordinate execution of high-value, high-profile projects
• Ensure adherence to consultation processes, reporting standards, and project follow-ups
• Establish quality standards for space planning, mood boards, and design presentations
• Support store profitability and business growth through upselling, cross-selling, training, and sales enablement initiatives
• Drive implementation of centrally launched business initiatives across stores

Technical Skills

• Ability to assess customer requirements and develop suitable design solutions
