Job summary

Essvee Services invites applications for the role of Executive Design to conceptualize, develop and detail designs for wooden doors and interior solutions in alignment with client requirements. You will ensure designs are accurate, manufacturable, and delivered on schedule, coordinating with Sales, Production, Purchase and Site teams.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s in Interior Design, Architecture, Product Design or related field preferred.
• 2–6 years of experience in interior design, furniture, wooden doors or architectural products.
• Strong knowledge of AutoCAD and 2D/3D design software.
• Good understanding of materials, hardware, manufacturing and production feasibility.

Responsibilities

• Understand client requirements from sketches, PDFs, DXF, 3D files, images or rough drawings.
• Prepare concept designs, detailed drawings and shop drawings for doors, frames, wardrobes, kitchens and interiors.
• Prepare BOM, BOQ, cut lists and production drawings as per design specs and site conditions.
• Develop innovative design solutions and coordinate for approvals.
• Check design feasibility, usability, stability and manufacturability with Sales, Production, Purchase and Site teams.
• Participate in client discussions, revisions and approvals processes.
• Incorporate design changes and site measurements accurately.
• Provide design clarifications and modifications to site teams during execution.
• Coordinate with vendors on hardware, accessories and material compatibility.
• Ensure accuracy of drawings to minimize rework and wastage.
• Suggest design innovations and value-engineering solutions.
• Maintain design records, revisions, approvals and documentation.

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Understand client requirements received through sketches, PDFs, DXF, 3D files, images or rough drawings.

Candidate Profile
