Job summary

Third Wave Coffee is seeking a Design Executive to create and execute design plans for our retail/F&B spaces in Bengaluru. You will prepare layout plans, elevations, and 3D models, and ensure timely project execution in coordination with vendors and internal teams.

The role requires a B.Arch and at least 2 years of experience in retail or F&B design. Proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp is essential, with good MS Excel and PowerPoint skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch) required.
• 2+ years of experience in retail or F&B design preferred.
• Experience with design firms is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare layout plans, detailed drawings, and elevations within defined timelines
• Visit project sites to assess requirements and incorporate necessary revisions into designs
• Develop 3D models for proposed premises
• Coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution
• Prepare Bill of Quantities (BOQ) for sites
• Ensure design accuracy and adherence to brand guidelines
