Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree/Diploma in Interior Design or Architecture.
• Graduate in any discipline is acceptable.
• 2 years of experience for Bachelor's in Architecture/Interior Design; 4 years for Diploma.

Responsibilities

• Customer Experience Delivery & Management across dealer stores.
• Conduct refresher training for dealer store designers on standards and customer management.
• Monitor branch designers’ performance and guide in design/material selection.
• Verify designs against site conditions and ensure timely closure.
• CRM adherence: ensure leads are contacted within 24 hours and data is accurate.
• Cross-check designer project dockets and share with TSI for order booking.
• Ensure teams are trained to use required software tools.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Foster team development and track metrics for Enterprise Risk Management.

Job Description:

1. Customer Experience Delivery & Management
   
   
   
   • Conduct refresher training sessions for dealer store designers on design standards and effective customer management.
   
   
   • Monitor branch dealer designers- performance with respect to design quality, accurate estimates, and lead conversion. Guide designers in product and material selection.
   
   
   • Verify designs against site conditions and ensure timely closure of the design process with customers, in line with the defined sales process.
   
   
   
   


2. CRM Adherence
   
   
   
   • Ensure all digital leads are contacted by the dealer within 24 hours.
   
   
   • Maintain lead journey hygiene and data accuracy for the branch.
   
   
   
   


3. Docket Verification
   
   
   
   • Cross-check designer project dockets, including drawings and BOQs.
   
   
   • Ensure accurate and complete dockets are shared with the TSI for order booking.
   
   
   
   


4. Software Management
   
   
   
   • Ensure dealer store teams are adequately equipped and trained to use required software tools.
   
   
   
   


5. Compliance Management
   
   
   
   • Ensure adherence to defined company policies, processes, and procedures.

REQUISITE QUALIFICATION

Essential:

Degree/Diploma in Interior Designer/bachelor-s in architecture/Graduate in any discipline.

REQUISITE WORK EXPERIENCE

Essential:

2 Year of Experience for bachelor-s in architecture/Degree in Interior Designing & 4 Years work experience for Diploma in Interior Designing/Graduate in any discipline.

SPECIAL SKILLS REQUIRED

Essential:

• Proficient in Auto CAD, Sketch up and MS Excel.


• Excellent creativity in designing & conceptualizing, well verse with designing modular furniture and residential interiors.
