Job summary

Larsen & Toubro (L&T) is seeking engineers with 2-4 years of experience in heat exchanger and pressure vessel design in Vadodara. Candidates should be conversant with ASME codes, and proficient in PV Elite and AutoCAD.

The role involves drawing checks, understanding weld symbols, and coordinating with clients and global vendors. Strong communication and multi-project scheduling skills are essential, as is familiarity with field specifications from major process licensors in oil and gas.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in heat exchanger or pressure vessel design.
• Familiarity with ASME Pressure Vessel codes (SEC VIII Div.1 & 2, Section II A & D).
• Hands-on experience with PV Elite, AutoCAD, and other pressure vessel design software.

Responsibilities

• Check drawings of pressure vessels, heat exchangers, reactor internals, etc.
• Knowledge of weld symbols, GD&T, and tolerances.
• Communicate effectively with clients, AI and vendors worldwide.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and maintain engineering schedules.
• Familiar with major process licensor specifications and EPC in oil and gas fields.
• Prepare Bill of Materials.

• 6. Strong communication skill
• 7. Should be able to communicate well with client, AI & vendors across globe.
• 8. Ability to work on multiple projects and to maintain schedule of engineering activities.
• 9. Familiar with specification of major process licensor and EPC in field of OIL and Gas.
• 10. Able to understand specifications, raise technical query and Material technical delivery condition.
• 11. Preparation of Bill of Material.
