Qualifications

Key Responsibilities

• Design heat exchangers, evaporators, and condensers (tube & fin type).
• Develop designs for HVAC systems and refrigeration units.
• Handle RFQs and propose alternate design solutions.
• Work with Unilab coil simulation software.
• Collaborate with manufacturing for new product development.
• Coordinate with customers on technical parameters and testing.
• Create new product/component designs & models.
• Provide business development support through technical expertise.

Key Competencies

• Strong knowledge of HVAC design & heat exchanger components.

Experience & Education

2~7 year B.Tech / B.E / Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical & Electronics, Automobile, Production/Industrial, or Metallurgy.

Compensation & Benefits

• Annual Salary: 3,00,000 4,20,000 (in hand)
• Performance Incentives: up to 25% of annual salary (75,000-1,05,000)
• Annual Leave: 21 days
