Base pay range

We are hiring a Design Engineer for a leading HVAC company. Job Responsibilities:

1. Possess a minimum of 5 years of experience as a Design Engineer in the HVAC field.
2. Hold a Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
3. Have good knowledge of International Design Guidelines and regulatory requirements (ISHRAE, ASHRAE, etc.).
4. Prepare Heat Load Calculations, Air flow design, Basis of Design / Design Basis report, and Concept design Drawings for HVAC systems such as Chillers, Cooling Towers, and Pumps.
5. Experience with computer-based design tools like HAP, IES, Ductsizer, and Pipe sizer.
6. Coordinate with internal clients and maintain relationships.
7. Prepare Material and Drawing trackers as per client requirements.
8. Coordinate with the purchase team for Material submittals and vendor finalization.
9. Liaise with system engineers, third parties, and suppliers to incorporate their requirements into the design.
10. Good report writing skills and experience in client presentations and meetings.
