Working under the guidance of the Engineering Manager, you will contribute to innovative system designs and exercise independent judgment within the scope of this role.**AS AN DESIGN ENGINEER, YOU WILL:*** Perform engineering calculations for HVACR systems, including thermodynamics, valves, heat exchangers, and flow rates.* Design HVAC systems using CAD tools, from single-line diagrams to complete packages.* Develop 3D models in NX, prepare detailed drawings, and generate Bills of Materials (BOMs).* Support lab teams with 3D modeling and drawing requirements.* Maintain engineering documentation in Teamcenter.* Apply basic knowledge of low-voltage control panel wiring diagrams (automation) as an added advantage.**REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS:*** Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.* 2 to 3 years of experience in mechanical design and CAD.* Strong understanding of HVACR systems and mechanical engineering fundamentals.* Proficiency in NX, Teamcenter, Draftsight / AutoCAD.* Good oral and written communication skills.* Ability to interpret OEM part information and maintain clear documentation.**PREFERRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS:*** Experience in 3D HVAC system design and detailed engineering.* Familiarity with automation and electrical wiring diagrams.* Strong organizational skills with the ability to document project activities, meeting minutes, and task assignments.* Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.**Our Commitment to Our People**Across the globe, we are united by a singular Purpose: Sustainability is no small ambition.
