Job summary

Tubefit Engineers in Mumbai is seeking an experienced design engineer to develop industrial valves and tube fittings, review drawings and BOMs, and perform design calculations. You will ensure compliance with API, ASME, and ASTM standards while supporting API 6D audits and prototype testing.

The role requires strong CAD skills (AutoCAD/SolidWorks), GD&T knowledge, and corrosion/material compatibility expertise, with collaboration across Production, QC, Purchase, and Sales teams.

Qualifications

• API 6D knowledge is mandatory.
• API 6D Audit knowledge and experience is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of Valve & Fitting design.
• Knowledge of corrosion monitoring and material compatibility.
• Experience with AutoCAD / SolidWorks or similar CAD software.
• Good understanding of GD&T, material specifications, pressure ratings, and design calculations.
• Good knowledge of relevant API/ASME standards.

Responsibilities
