Qualifications

Job Description:

• Technical Research & Support
• a) Responsible for research and development activities
• b) Operating DIALux Software to create a lighting placement layout
• c) Ensuring timely project execution.
• d) Conduct research and analysis to identify product development opportunities & challenges
• e) Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement research and development strategies
• f) Support throughout the entire product development lifecycle, from concept to commercialisation
• g) Stay updated with industry trends and competitor analysis to ensure the company remains innovative and competitive
• h) Ensuring efficient resource allocation.
• i) Conduct feasibility studies to evaluate the viability of new product ideas

Coordinate and participate in product testing and validation activities to ensure quality and compliance with regulatory standards
Prepare reports on research findings, project progress, and recommendations to senior management
