Qualifications

• Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Electrical Engineering and 2–5 years of relevant experience.
• Strong knowledge of electrical circuits, control systems, and wiring.
• Experience with AutoCAD Electrical or EPLAN.

Responsibilities

• Develop and prepare electrical designs, schematics, wiring diagrams, panel layouts, and related engineering drawings.
• Design electrical systems and components per project requirements, specs, and standards.
• Prepare BOMs, technical documentation, specifications, and other design-related documents.
• Review existing designs and modify as needed to meet requirements.
• Coordinate with manufacturing, procurement, testing, and other departments for smooth execution.
• Support prototype development, testing, troubleshooting, and design validation.
• Ensure designs comply with electrical standards, safety requirements, and quality procedures.
• Identify design issues and provide technical solutions.
• Maintain records of drawings, revisions, and documentation.

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Electrical Design Engineer with 2-5 years of experience in electrical design and engineering. The candidate will be responsible for preparing electrical designs, drawings, schematics, and technical documentation while coordinating with manufacturing, testing, and other engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and prepare electrical designs, schematics, wiring diagrams, panel layouts, and related engineering drawings.
• Design electrical systems and components as per project requirements, technical specifications, and applicable standards.
• Prepare BOMs, technical documentation, specifications, and other design-related documents.
• Review existing designs and make modifications or improvements based on project requirements.
• Coordinate with manufacturing, procurement, testing, and other departments for smooth execution of electrical designs.
• Support prototype development, testing, troubleshooting, and design validation.
• Ensure designs comply with relevant electrical standards, safety requirements, and quality procedures.
• Identify design issues and provide effective technical solutions.
• Maintain proper records of drawings, revisions, and engineering documentation.

Required Qualifications

• Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• 2-5 years of relevant experience in electrical design/engineering.
• Good knowledge of electrical circuits, control systems, wiring, and electrical components.
• Experience with electrical design software such as AutoCAD Electrical, EPLAN, or similar tools will be preferred.
• Knowledge of electrical standards and design practices.
• Good communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in electrical manufacturing, industrial equipment, control panels, or power electronics will be an advantage.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and technical specifications.
• Good knowledge of MS Office and engineering documentation.
• Ability to work independently as well as coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams.
