Job summary

Bondada Group in Hyderabad, India, is seeking an experienced Lighting Design Engineer to design, analyze, and document lighting solutions for diverse projects. The role involves developing layouts and illumination designs, performing calculations, and producing technical reports for client submissions.

The ideal candidate will have 4–6 years of LED lighting experience, proficiency in DIALux/DIALux evo and AutoCAD, and strong communication skills to coordinate with internal teams and clients.

Qualifications

• Any Degree (B.E./B.Tech in Electrical or Electronics preferred).
• 4–6 years of experience in the LED lighting industry, with strong expertise in lighting design, DIALux/DIALux evo software, lighting calculations, and illumination layouts.
• Good communication skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Design lighting layouts for commercial, industrial, residential, and outdoor applications.

• Design and develop lighting solutions for commercial, industrial, residential, and outdoor applications.
• Prepare lighting layouts, illumination designs, and technical drawings using DIALux/DIALux evo and AutoCAD.
• Perform lighting calculations and simulations to achieve required lux levels and uniformity.
• Select suitable LED luminaires based on project requirements, technical specifications, and energy efficiency.
• Analyze customer requirements and recommend appropriate lighting solutions.
• Prepare lighting design reports, technical submittals, and project documentation.
• Coordinate with sales, project, production, and technical teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Review lighting designs and ensure compliance with applicable lighting standards and project specifications.
• Provide technical support for lighting-related queries and resolve design issues.
• Conduct design reviews and optimize lighting solutions for performance and cost-effectiveness.
• Stay updated on the latest LED lighting technologies, products, and industry trends.
• Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams to understand requirements and deliver projects on time.
