Job summary

Lafit Lighting Solution LLP in Bhiwandi is seeking an experienced technical support specialist to join our automation and lighting product team. You will assist internal teams and customers with product knowledge, installation guidance, and customized solutions.

The role includes coordinating training, producing installation videos/manuals, managing customized orders and quotations, and supporting new product initiatives and market research for evolving lighting solutions.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in technical support, specification sales, or lighting industry.
• Experience in automation, production, manufacturing, operation, or engineering.
• Provide technical support and detailed information to the Lafit team as needed.
• Manage customized orders and quotation submissions.
• Willingness to work at local/overseas construction sites.

Responsibilities

• Provide effective technical and R&D support for automation and lighting products by assisting internal teams and customers with product knowledge, customized solutions, installation guidance, and technical documentation.
