Job summary

Mahindra École Centrale’s Centre for Executive Education (CEE) seeks a Design & Delivery Manager to anchor programme design, delivery coordination, and client engagement in Hyderabad. You will bridge faculty, sales, and clients to shape calendars, proposals, and outcomes.

Ideal candidates have MBA/PGDM with 6–10 years in programme design/delivery or L&D, and strong instructional design skills including ADDIE; experience with varied pedagogies and executive education segments is required.

Qualifications

  • MBA/PGDM with 6-10 years' overall experience, incl. 3+ years in programme design/delivery or L&D.
  • Strong grounding in Instructional Design and ADDIE.
  • Familiar with diverse pedagogical styles and executive education categories.
  • Experience liaising with academic faculty and corporate clients, translating pedagogy into business language.

Responsibilities

  • Open Programme Calendar & Faculty Liaison with Sales to create calendar and collaterals.
  • Lead Proposal Development & Pre-Sales support, shaping pedagogy and formats.
  • Design in-house programmes and coordinate delivery structure and faculty.
  • Own end-to-end delivery management and post-delivery wrap-up.
  • Develop feedback mechanisms and reports to drive design improvements.
  • Maintain client relationships and explore repeat cohorts.

Role Summary

The Design & Delivery Manager is CEE's operational and pedagogical anchor, bridging faculty, sales, and clients - co-creating the programme calendar, shaping proposals, coordinating delivery, and owning outcomes and feedback that keep programmes credible and continuously improving.

Key Responsibilities
  • Open Programme Calendar & Faculty Liaison: co-design and finalise the calendar (themes, sequencing, audience, pricing) with faculty; act as the primary faculty-Sales liaison, translating pedagogy into sales-ready collaterals; maintain an updated repository of faculty profiles and modules.
  • Proposal Development & Pre-Sales Support: partner with Sales on proposal outlines and RFP responses, contributing design-side inputs on pedagogy, duration, and format; support client-facing scoping conversations.
  • Programme Design & Delivery Structure: design in-house programmes aligned to market demand; define delivery structure, pedagogy mix, and assessment approach; identify and coordinate faculty, managing scheduling and briefing.
  • End-to-End Delivery Management: own pre-delivery readiness (briefing, logistics, materials); troubleshoot in real time during delivery; manage post-delivery closure (certificates, faculty settlement, admin wrap-up).
  • Outcomes, Feedback & Documentation: design and administer participant/client feedback mechanisms; consolidate outcomes into structured reports; convert insights into design improvements.
  • Client Relationship & Business Continuity: retain and nurture client relationships post-delivery; proactively propose repeat cohorts or new interventions; represent CEE in client review meetings.
Required Qualifications
  • MBA/PGDM (HR, General Management, or related discipline) with 6-10 years' overall experience, including 3+ years in programme design/delivery, L&D, or academic programme management.
  • Strong grounding in Instructional Design, including working knowledge of frameworks such as ADDIE.
  • Familiarity with varied pedagogical styles - classroom, case-based, simulation, action learning, experiential, and blended delivery.
  • Working knowledge of executive education categories - Leadership, Capability Building, Operational Excellence, Behavioural, and related areas.
  • Comfort working with both academic faculty and corporate clients, translating pedagogical language into business language.
