Job summary

Hector And Streak Consulting in Mumbai seeks an Architecture Coordinator to manage project coordination with external consultants and in-house teams to deliver working drawings. Responsibilities include preparing and reviewing municipal proposals and test fits, and preparing statements such as Parking and Area - RERA, Construction.

Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, 3D Studio Max and MS Office is required.

Qualifications

• Coordinate with external consultants and in-house teams to deliver drawings.
• Prepare and review municipal proposals and test fits.
• Prepare statements such as Parking and Area - RERA, Construction.
• Prepare schedules, MIS, MOM, and reports.
• Undertake site visits and surveys.
• Maintain architecture documentation and ISO files.
• Knowledge of rules & regulations and codes.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate projects with external consultants and in-house teams.
• Prepare and review drawings (Municipal proposals, Test fits).
• Prepare both Parking and Area - RERA, Construction statements for approvals.
• Prepare schedules, MIS, MOM, and reports.
• Conduct site visits and surveys as needed.
• Maintain architecture documentation and ISO files.
• Ensure compliance with rules, regulations and codes.
• Utilize AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp and MS Office; be open to learning SAP, DMS, Agreements.

• Prepare, review drawings such as Municipal proposals, Test fits.
• Prepare and review various Statements such as Parking and Area - RERA, Construction, etc.
• Prepare Schedule, MIS, MOM, Reports, etc.
• Undertake Site visits as and when needed, carry out surveys.
• Maintain Architecture related documentation, ISO file.
• Should have knowledge of rules & regulations and codes.
• Should be proficient in Architecture related software - AutoCad, Revit, Sketchup, etc. besides Microsoft Office
• Should be willing to learn / work on SAP, DMS, Agreements, etc.

DESIRED PROFILE

• Knowledge of latest market trends in architectural design and technology essential.
• Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, 3D Studio Max, and Photoshop.
