Job summary

Aparna Constructions And Estates is seeking a design coordinator to collate project briefs and coordinate with architects, consultants, and internal teams to ensure design intent aligns with local bylaws and NBC norms.

The role requires experience in large-scale high-rise projects, expertise in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and MS Office, with Revit as a plus. Will travel to sites as needed and manage multiple project types in various stages.

Qualifications

• Experience in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit in Residential Projects.

Responsibilities

• Understand and collate project brief based on inputs shared by Superiors.
• Work closely with Project Architects, Service Consultants, PMCs, Marketing, Sales, Business Development, Liasioning and other stakeholders to bring best-in-class standards to projects.
• Understand Design intent, Local byelaws and NBC norms.
• Experience in large scale high rise projects for residential, commercial and retail.
• Conduct periodic design reviews and ensure brief is translated into design.
• Check compliance of design and drawings with local Building Bye Laws, Development Control Rules and NBC.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and internal design team.
• Schedule meetings with consultants and circulate minutes to stakeholders.
• Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, SketchUp; Revit will be an added advantage.
• Flexibility to handle multiple project types or stages.
• Ability to travel to out-station job sites as required.

• Working closely with Project Architects, Service Consultants, Project Management Consultants, Marketing, Sales, Business Development, Liasioning department and other stake holders to best of industry standards in to the projects.
• Should be enthusiastic and highly skilled to understand Design intent, Local byelaws and NBC norms.
• Experience of working in large scale high rise projects for residential, commercial and retail.
• Periodic Design reviews and ensuring brief is translated in to design.
• Checking the compliance of design and drawings as per local Building Bye Laws, Development Control Rules and NBC.
• Coordinating with all stake holders and working in tandem with consultants, internal design team.
• Scheduling meetings with consultants and preparing/ circulating minutes to all stake holders.
• Proficiency in the use of MS Office, AutoCAD, Sketch UP. Revit will be added advantage.
• Flexibility to focus on a variety of project types or multiple projects in various stages of development.
• Ability to travel to out-station job sites as when required.
