Job summary

Talent Corner Hr Services in Hyderabad is seeking an Asst. Manager / Dy. Manager – QMS to lead and maintain the Quality Management System in line with ISO standards. You will prepare documentation, plan internal and external audits, close CAPAs, and drive process improvements across departments.

The role requires 6–10 years in QMS, strong analytical and communication skills, and a B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering. Location is IDA Pashamylaram, Hyderabad with CTc 8–15 LPA.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in Quality Management Systems (QMS) with ISO documentation and audit compliance.
• Experience in planning, coordinating, and closing internal and external quality audits.
• Knowledge of CAPA / NCR management and root cause analysis is essential.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the company’s Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with applicable standards and organizational requirements.
• Prepare, review and maintain ISO documentation, procedures, work instructions, formats and quality records.
• Plan and coordinate internal and external quality audits.
• Ensure timely closure of audit observations, non-conformities and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).
• Monitor compliance with applicable quality standards, procedures and customer requirements.
• Coordinate with different departments to ensure effective implementation of QMS procedures.
• Conduct internal audits and support teams in identifying areas for improvement.
• Maintain audit records, compliance reports and other quality-related documentation.
• Track and follow up on corrective and preventive actions.
• Support management reviews and prepare relevant quality reports and documentation.
• Identify process gaps and recommend improvements to strengthen the QMS.
• Ensure proper control, revision and availability of quality-related documents.
• Coordinate with customers, auditors and certification bodies during quality audits, whenever required.
• Promote quality awareness and compliance across various departments.

Preferred Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate should be a B.Tech/B.E. Mechanical Engineer with 6–10 years of relevant experience in QMS, particularly in ISO documentation, audit compliance, CAPA, quality systems and process improvement.

Experience in sheet metal, fabrication, steel structures or engineering/manufacturing industries will be an added advantage.

Compensation

8 LPA – 15 LPA, depending on experience, skills and suitability.
