The role requires 3–5 years of relevant experience and a BE in Mechanical/Production/Automobile.

Qualifikationen

• BE in Mechanical, Production or Automobile engineering.
• 3–5 years of relevant work experience in procurement/planning.
• Experience with casting and forging materials and ERP systems.

Aufgaben

• Material procurement and planning for casting and forging parts across vehicle and aggregates.
• Utilize IT tools such as DBM/LTP/MRP for planning and tracking.
• Supplier capacity planning aligned with material requirements and escalations for gaps.
• Inventory management to optimize stock levels and reduce waste.
• Lead change management in EN processes where applicable.
• Identify cost savings in packaging, material, and logistics.
• Coordinate packaging and logistics savings for the department.

• 2. Use of IT tools -DBM /LTP/MRP
• 3. Supplier Capacity Planning wrt material requirement and timely escalations in case of gaps
• 4. Inventory Management
• 5. Change management - EN process
• 6. Cost Savings - Packaging / Material / Logistics
• 7. Co-ordination of Packaging Cost / Logistics Savings for the Department.
