Mahindra and Mahindra Limited is seeking a procurement/SC professional with 3–5 years of relevant experience. The role focuses on collaborating across production, procurement, and supplier networks to map demand and ensure timely delivery of components.

Responsibilities include escalation of critical supplier issues, aligning stakeholders for monthly planning, MIS reporting with action plans, and maintaining inventory controls with stores.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of relevant work experience.
• BE in Mechanical, Production or Automobile.

Responsabilités

• Collaborate with Internal (Production, CDMM, Imports & Stores) and External (Supplier Partners, SSU, CPPC & Central SCM) to map demand.
• Timely escalation to all stakeholders on Critical Suppliers & Related Parts and address supply chain issues with stakeholders.
• Align all Internal & External stakeholders to meet Monthly Procurement Planning & Execution.
• Daily, Weekly & Monthly MIS preparations with Gap Analysis and reporting with action plans.
• Interact with Stores on Inventory and implement Non-Moving & Slow-Moving controls on parts procurement.
• Coordinate with In-bound Logistics to ensure parts are received on time to the plant per production sequences.

1. Collobarate with Internal (Production,CDMM,Imports & Store) & External (Supplier Partners,SSU,CPPC & Central SCM) and arrive the Demand Mapping.
2.Timely esclate to all stake holders on Crtical Suppliers & Related Parts and work closely with relavent stake-holder to resolve the Supply Chain issues.
3.Align all the stake holders (Internal & External) to meet the Montly Procurement Planning & Execution.
4.Daily, Weekly & Monthly MIS Preprations with Gap Analysis (If any) & Report with Action Plans
5.Interaction with Stores on Inventory and Bring in Non-Moving & Slow-Moving Controls on Parts Procurement.
6.Iteract with In-ound Logistics for Make Sure the Parts are received at on time to Plant as per the Production Sequnces.
